Replacement Eligibility

- Damaged
- Broken
- Defective/Faulty

You are eligible for a replacement.

Replacement Time Frame

- Replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Requests made within 7 days of delivery are processed free of charge.
- Requests after 7 days and within 30 days may be subject to applicable replacement charges.

How to Request a Replacement

- A clear unboxing video
- Photos of the product showing the issue

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the replacement process.
